The receptionists were good. The Chinese lady was excellent. the night shift receptionist were very kind and helpful. i asked for 2 extra pillows and they managed to get it for me. i love how they provided a water dispenser so easy to refill our drinking bottle. in the room also provided 2 mineral water. the elevators were fast and clean. the rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. however the space in the room is quite limited but worth the price. it is not for luxury-vacation-stay obviously. haha the bed was AMAZING. air conditioner worked well. the shower is good. there is a kiblat sign. they use the stand iron steamer located at the hallway and there are a few units on each floor. there is a window but no view haha no worries, we are not there to enjoy the room. we spent less time in the room haha they provided toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry bag, sanitary bag. located in the middle of sungai petani (maybe) cs every places we went to is just like 100m 200m away lol got bank downstairs, mart and baby shop.

The location is very good. Many facilities nearby including restaurants, gas stations, family mart, emart, zus coffee, etc. Many food stalls across the road. I love the shared steam iron where guests can be use it anytime.

The family room is very big with 2 large king beds. The room's cleanliness satisfied my expectations. The hotel has 2 lifts. The location is near to laundry self service, pharmacy, bank, eateries shops and many more .
